LaNei’s Bakehouse Market is back, and we’re celebrating Easter in the sweetest way! Join us on April 19th from
9:30 AM to 3 PM for a festive day filled with delicious brunch, fantastic shopping, and family fun.

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at LaNei’s Bakehouse EasterMarket, on April 19th! This exciting event is the perfect opportunity to showcase your products to a lively crowd in a fun and unique setting.

Here’s what you need to know:

Market Details:

Location: LaNei’s Bakehouse, 11739 FM773, Ben Wheeler, TX 75754 
Date: April 19th, 2025
Time: Open to the public from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM
Setup: Begins at 8:00 AM
Vendor Booth: $30
Rain or Shine: Yepp, the show must go on!

Vendor Booth Details:

Each vendor space is 10’x10’. Tables and chairs or canopy’s are NOT provided, so please bring what you need for your setup. All tents and canopies must be secured with a minimum of 30 lbs of weight on each corner to ensure stability and safety.
Be mindful of waste management – no trash collection for large items like boxes will be available. Please take your trash with you.

Fees & Payment:

After your application has been approved, you will receive an invoice for $30/booth. Your spot is not guaranteed until payment has been received. The vendor fee is non-refundable. The event will go on regardless of weather. Please note that social media scheduling and promotion will be finalized once payment has been received.

Important Reminders:

Food trucks will not be accommodated at this event. Additionally, vendors offering firearms, knives, or any other weapons will not be approved.
Vendors are responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable laws and regulations for their products, including sales tax and the Texas Cottage Food Law for baked goods. Neither Harlequin International, LLC, as the event organizer, nor LaNei’s Bakehouse is responsible for ensuring vendor compliance. Vendors are solely responsible for adhering to all applicable regulations and requirements.
There are limited spots for power. Let us know in advance if you require a electricity.  

Booth Placement & Parking:
