This past Saturday, we had the absolute pleasure of hosting LaNei’s Bakehouse Market at the Barstool Races—and what a day it was! First and foremost, we want to extend a huge THANK YOU to all the amazing vendors and visitors who came out to support the event. Your presence and enthusiasm mean the world to us, and we couldn’t do it without you!
Battling the Elements: Rain & Wind Edition
If we’ve learned one thing from this weekend, it’s that Mother Nature has a sense of humor! The day started off with a little rain (thankfully it passed before the market began), but as the event went on, the wind made its presence known—and kept getting stronger.
Despite our best efforts, the increasing wind became a real challenge, forcing us to wrap up the market an hour earlier than planned. To those who had planned to stop by after the Barstool Races, we’re truly sorry for the unexpected change. We always want our markets to be as enjoyable and accessible as possible, and we appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding!
