Hey Vendors! We’ve had to make some adjustments due to the partial collapse of the building across from the Community Center. Here’s what you need to know:
🚧 100 block of W. High St. is completely blocked off to traffic.
🚗 Good news! Fire-Tech has generously allowed us to use their property for parking and food trucks! 🙌 However, this means you’ll have a longer walk for unloading, so please bring a cart or something with wheels to make it easier!
🕗 Set-up will start at 8 AM to give you extra time to adjust.
🌬️ Outdoor Vendors – Texas winds are no joke! 🌬️
➡️ Secure your canopies with at least 30 lbs of weight per corner.
➡️ Do NOT share weights or tie canopies together.
➡️ A great tip: Use a double cinder block and tie it down for extra stability! No flying tents on our watch! 😅
